BOOKING POLICY:

A 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
'NO SHOW' appointments (without a minimum of 24 hours prior notice) will surrender deposit.

If a 30 minute reading is booked, we do allow an extra 5 minute buffer,

however any extra time spent beyond the buffer will be charged at the hour rate.
